Building Warriors for the Future
As I step into this role as Executive Director, my heart is full of excitement and purpose. The launch of our programs is more than an organizational milestone, it is a movement to reach young people where they are and help them rise to where they dream to be. I am honored to be part of an effort that creates opportunities for youth who have faced challenges, been underestimated, or simply need someone to believe in them.
This mission is personal to me. I know what it feels like to have a goal that others said was out of reach, and I also know the power of someone standing beside you and saying, “You can do this.” That belief is what we bring to every program we offer. Whether it’s Beauty Builders, where young people learn esthetics and lash artistry while gaining financial and business skills, or G2Warriors, where boys develop basketball skills alongside leadership, perseverance, and accountability, each initiative is designed to prove that every dream is worth chasing. Even our Fishing is Fun and Culinary Creators programs teach patience, discipline, and creativity while opening doors to careers and lifelong passions. I am also extremely excited about our mentoring programs and partnerships such as IamMore where our passionate program leaders aim to show young ladies that "You are more than your circumstance. You are fearfully and wonderfully made by God. YOU ARE ENOUGH!"
Our mission is clear: we will not fail our youth. Instead, we will surround them with the balance of support, guidance, discipline, and accountability that every young person deserves. Together, we will help them see that their potential is limitless, no matter what obstacles stand in their way. We are here to raise up leaders and influencers. Young warriors ready to change the world. This is only the beginning, and I am thrilled to stand alongside our team, our community, and, most importantly, our youth as we create a future filled with hope, courage, and warriors prepared to make a difference.
